Job summary

Joyous Ventures LLC in Los Angeles seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join its Social Services Team. The role focuses on supporting residents in housing programs, upholding rights, and delivering compassionate therapeutic care within a collaborative environment.

You will provide crisis intervention, advocacy, and direct client support while promoting client self-sufficiency and dignity in a fast-paced community setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker credential required.
• Experience in crisis intervention and advocacy.
• Ability to develop treatment/service plans and conduct case management.
• Commitment to HIPAA and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate participant intake and enrollment for the Joyous Ventures program.
• Provide direct support to participants, including intake assessments, case management, and crisis intervention.
• Facilitate weekly life skills groups and lead weekly house meetings.
• Collaborate with participants and service providers to assess needs and develop service plans.
• Maintain CMS records and complete assessments, discharges, and progress notes.
• Attend weekly case conferences with DHS and clinical teams to discuss participant needs.
• Provide 24/7 on-call crisis intervention and de-escalation.
• Perform other assigned duties.
