In this role, you will treat a diverse range of mental health conditions, providing behavioral and mental health treatments, including individual and group therapy, medication management, and participation in intensive outpatient programs. If based in Lancaster, PA, you will have the flexibility to work remotely and in-office as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Build strong provider-patient relationships and coordinate care with external providers
• Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and manage ongoing medication treatments
• Contribute to the training and development of graduate students
• Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance use disorders
• Deliver evidence-based treatments such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy
• Monitor treatment response and clinical symptoms, adjusting care as needed
• Represent the practice in community presentations and lectures
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and ensure regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications:

• Enrolled or eligible to enroll as a provider in Medicare
• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related counseling field
• Active, unrestricted LCSW license in the state of practice
• At least 5 years of post-Master's professional social work/clinical experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• More than 5 years of experience, Medicare eligibility, and extensive psychotherapy experience
• Experience with children, adolescents, adults, and families in therapy
• Proficiency with electronic health records and professional communication tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

The salary range for this role is $59,500 to $116,600 annually, based on full-time employment and factors such as location, education, experience, and certifications.
