Position Details

LCSW-Lake Health Clinics, Full-time, 40 hrs/week, typically 08:00am-05:00pm, Monday-Friday, must be able to work a flexible schedule, as needed.

Position Summary

Lake Health District is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our collaborative rural healthcare team and help strengthen and expand behavioral health services in our Critical Access Hospital. Employment Requirements

Successful completion of 500-hour probationary period.
