Job summary

MedElite Group, LLC. is looking for warm and smart Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide therapy in nursing homes across Nebraska. This part-time opportunity allows you to build an independent consulting practice while making a positive impact on the lives of seniors and their families.

Your role will include providing administrative support and clinical mentorship while enjoying a flexible schedule. Competitive rates and a supportive work environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Valid state licensure as a Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Experience working in a nursing home setting.

Responsibilities

• Round at assigned nursing homes and provide psychotherapy to clients.
• Work closely and collaboratively with nursing home staff, residents, and families.
• Proactively follow up with patients and assess efficacy of recommended interventions.
• Provide education on best practices.
• Integrate pharmacological and behavioral interventions.

• Work with the psychiatric provider to integrate pharmacological and behavioral interventions, emphasizing non‑pharmacological treatments whenever possible.

• Valid state licensure as a Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Experience working in a nursing home setting.
