You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise pre-licensed clinicians, and maintain clinical hours, all within a culture that prioritizes work-life balance and professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active Alabama LCSW/LICSW license with approved supervisor designation (LCSW-S/LICSW-S).
• 5+ years of clinical therapy experience preferred.
• Completed supervisor training and eligible to provide clinical supervision in Alabama.
• Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
• Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy.
• Supervise pre-licensed counselors pursuing full LCSW/LICSW licensure.
• Maintain a minimum of 27 service hours per week, including supervision.
• Develop creative interventions based on client needs and goals.
• Coordinate care with families, case managers, medical providers, and other professionals.
• Participate in clinical meetings, supervision, and training.
• Support clinic operations and contribute to a positive team culture.
