Headway is seeking Licensed Clinical Psychologists to help launch or grow private practices across the United States. Join a mission-driven company and get tools to run your practice, accept insurance, and manage billing with minimal admin.

You’ll decide your schedule, see clients remotely or in-person, and receive marketing support to grow your caseload while providing high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed clinical psychologist in good standing.
• Experience launching or growing private practices is a plus.
• Comfort with telehealth and private practice tools.
