The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our full-time school-based team in Frederick, MD. As an LCPC, you will provide counseling services, behavioral support, crisis intervention, and consultation to students, families, and school staff. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about making a meaningful impact on the lives of children and adolescents while promoting positive social-emotional development and academic achievement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Active Maryland Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license
• Fingerprints at district
• Experience providing counseling services to children and adolescents preferred
• School-based, pediatric, or behavioral health experience preferred
• Knowledge of crisis intervention, behavioral support strategies, and social-emotional learning practicesStrong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
