Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role with multiple openings for INTEGRATED LPC/LCSW/LMFT, located in the primary care clinics in Tahlequah, Vinita, Muskogee, Stillwell, and Jay, OK. The Integrated Services LBHP will provide Brief Solutions-Focused mental health services, including case management, individual and family therapy, and consultations with patients and treatment providers. The LBHP will collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and support for clients.

Qualifications

• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
