Job summary

Pacific Clinics is seeking a licensed mental health professional to facilitate access to services by coordinating referrals, appointments, and insurance authorizations. You will assess client needs and connect them with appropriate resources while collaborating with healthcare providers, insurers, and community organizations to ensure timely and appropriate care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health related field and minimum of three (3) years of experience conducting family-centered, strengths-based, culturally competent intakes and assessments.
• Current California licensure as a Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
• Experience with Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (LACDMH) documentation requirements.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR); experience with Welligent.
• Bilingual skills highly desirable , based on the needs of the clinic’s client population.
• Valid California driver’s license and an insurable driving record under the clinic’s liability policy.

Compensation We Offer

• The initial compensation for this position ranges from $71,760 to $88,256 Per Year, depending on experience, location and internal equity considerations

Possible Additional Compensation (may Vary Based On Position Eligibility)

• 8% License Differential for LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD. and select Peer Certifications
• Possible Bilingual Differentials: Up to 7.5% for qualifying direct-service roles; up to $80.00/month flat fee for qualifying non-direct service roles.

Job Summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health related field and minimum of three (3) years of experience conducting family-centered, strengths-based, culturally competent intakes and assessments in office or field-based setting, or equivalent combination of education and experience (two years of relevant experience equals one year of education) to include:
• Current California licensure as a Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
• Experience with Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (LACDMH) documentation requirements.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR); experience with Welligent .
• Bilingual skills highly desirable , based on the needs of the clinic’s client population.

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently required to stand or sit. The employee is required to use hands to produce records and/or documentation in manual or electronic format. The employee must possess ability to ensure significant communication with the Clinics' community members. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 5 pounds and occasionally move or lift up to 10 pounds. Driving Required May have unsupervised contact with children.
