Job summary

Brightpath Associates LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead civil/site development efforts. You will design site layouts, grading, utilities, and landscape plans, and manage projects through delivery.

The role requires a bachelor’s in civil or landscape architecture, 5+ years of related experience, and a PE or RLA license or active licensure path. Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture.
• 5+ years of land development project management experience.
• PE or RLA license or on the path to licensure.
• Strong organizational, technical, and communication skills.
• Experience with PADEP, PennDOT, and municipal approvals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design site layouts, grading, utilities and landscape plans.
• Develop stormwater management and erosion control solutions.
• Prepare infrastructure designs for civil/site projects.
• Obtain local, state and federal permits and approvals.
• Coordinate with clients and project teams.
