Licensed Civil Engineer – Oklahoma City Metro, Oklahoma

Garver’s growing Oklahoma Aviation team is seeking an experienced Licensed Civil Engineer to perform a wide array of aviation‑related design, planning, grant administration, and client management services for General Aviation and Commercial Air Service Airports.

Responsibilities

• Project support/management for runway and taxiway construction, airfield lighting and signage installation, access road construction, drainage improvement, and pavement rehabilitation projects.
• Significant design and construction oversight for multiple general aviation clients.
• Collaborate and coordinate design teams consisting of multi‑discipline design engineers and technicians.
• Coordinate with clients and funding agencies.
• Provide outstanding service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an ABET‑accredited program.
• 4+ years of related experience.
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• PE in Oklahoma, or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with both internal employees and external clients.
• Some travel may be required (approximately 10% with occasional overnight).
