Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Maryland (LCPC, LCMFT, LCSW-C, PhD).
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
• Behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.
• Confident with modern clinical technology including telehealth and EHR tools.

Responsibilities

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Annapolis, MD.

This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.

Compensation

Up to $98,900 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You’ll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7a.m. to 10p.m. ET.
