In addition to working directly with clients, we partner with health systems and primary care providers because we believe mental health is inseparable from physical health.
We are hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence‑based care across the country. This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.
Specialties Preferred: Licensed Therapists specializing in or with experience providing counseling to children and adolescents and/or play therapy. Specialty is subject to client demand.
Up to $103,600 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. Full‑time clinicians are eligible for health insurance, student loan repayment assistance, paid time off, and other employer‑sponsored benefits.
We handle credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support, plus paid orientation and training. You’ll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
