Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in Texas to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions from Cedar Park. The role offers a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians with 30 hours of weekly availability and 25+ sessions.

As a W2 employee, you’ll receive guaranteed pay per completed session, health insurance, 401(k), PTO, and ongoing training. We support you with credentialing, scheduling, and marketing so you can focus on delivering evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Licensed professional in Texas (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) or PhD with licensure.
• Available for a minimum of 25 sessions weekly with 30 hours of availability.
• Experience delivering evidence-based care via telehealth and in-person sessions.
• Comfort with treating diverse clients, including couples and children.
• Proficient with clinical technology and EHR tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based mental health care to clients.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation.
• Manage a full caseload and work toward measurable client progress.
• Collaborate with clinical team and supervisors for case consultations.
• Complete credentialing and participate in ongoing trainings.
