Job summary

Understanding Minds Psychological Services is seeking licensed clinical providers to join our team in the St. Louis metro area. This role focuses on children and adolescents, with opportunities for collaboration, supervision, and potential non-clinical work.

We welcome clinicians who want a stable full-time caseload and a flexible, supportive practice. Our team emphasizes ethical care, ongoing learning, and growth in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed clinicians (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist) in the state of Missouri
• Desire to maintain a consistent full-time caseload (27+ hours billed weekly)
• Desire to contribute to a collaborative and innovative approach to mental healthcare
• Interest in continued learning and long-term growth as part of a dynamic team

Responsibilities

• Individual therapy with children, adolescents, and/or adults, depending on clinical interests
• Comprehensive intake and follow-up assessments
• Timely and accurate documentation of sessions
• Participation at weekly Treatment Team meetings (Tuesdays 12-1pm)
• Offering stable, reliable, and consistent care to clients in accordance with ethical and professional principles
• Functioning as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team; opportunities for peer mentorship and clinical supervision
• Opportunities to provide couples and family therapy if desired
• Opportunities to participate in and/or develop additional clinical programming if desired
