Responsibilities

• Maintains a caseload and creates treatment plans for clients.
• Counsels clients individually and in groups to address alcohol and drug dependency.
• Counsels family members to support client.
• Refs clients to medical, social, and employment services as needed.
• Monitors client progress and adapts treatment as needed.
• Prepares reports and maintains case histories.
• Maintains client files per state regulations and CARF standards.
