CrossHope is seeking a full-time Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) to provide therapy for adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. The role includes biopsychosocial assessments, individualized treatment planning, and connecting clients with housing, benefits, and community resources.

On-site work is required, and Medicaid-compliant documentation in our EHR is part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Active Arkansas LCSW license required.
• MSW degree required.
• Substance use treatment experience preferred.
• On-site work in Pine Bluff required.

CrossHope is an outpatient addiction and mental health treatment program in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. We're hiring a full-time Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) to provide therapy and help clients connect with the support they need to stay in recovery.

Licensed Certified Social Worker Pay

• $70,000 to $75,000 a year
• Exact pay depends on experience
