Job summary

CrossHope is an outpatient addiction and mental health treatment program in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. We are hiring a full-time Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) to provide therapy and help clients connect with the support they need to stay in recovery.

Responsibilities include individual and group therapy for adults, biopsychosocial assessments and individualized treatment plans, linking clients to housing, benefits, and community resources, and Medicaid-compliant documentation in our EHR.

Qualifications

• Active Arkansas LCSW license
• MSW degree required
• Substance use treatment experience preferred
• On-site work in Pine Bluff

Responsibilities

• Individual and group therapy for adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders
• Biopsychosocial assessments and individualized treatment plans
• Linking clients to housing, benefits, and community resources
• Timely, Medicaid-compliant documentation in our EHR
