Job summary

CrossHope, an outpatient addiction and mental health treatment program in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, is hiring a full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to bring families into our clients' recovery.

The LMFT will conduct family and couples sessions, provide individual and group therapy for co-occurring disorders, lead family education, and ensure Medicaid-compliant documentation in our EHR. On-site in Pine Bluff with experience in substance use treatment preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Arkansas LMFT license must be current.
• Master's degree in marriage and family therapy or a related field.
• Substance use treatment experience preferred.
• Able to work on site in Pine Bluff.

Responsibilities

• Family and couples sessions for adults in substance use treatment.
