2nd Family is hiring licensed Caregivers to support clients across New Jersey with flexible schedules and competitive pay. We onboard quickly, offer training, and provide case assignments within distance of your location.

Formación

• CHHA license in progress or CNA willing to obtain CHHA license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation with current insurance.
• Must be able to travel 10-30 miles to cases.
• Must be able to work 2 weekend shifts (Sat, Sun) each month, may be split.
• Must be able to work 1 evening shift each month.
• Must work 1 ON-CALL SHIFT each month.
• Current CPR certification.
• TB test results and MMR immunity.
• Physical exam within last 11 months.

Responsabilidades

• Provide non-medical home care, personal care and companionship.
• Follow care plans and report to RN with 24/7 access.
• Assist with daily activities and mobility.
• Maintain client safety and dignity at all times.
• Document care provided and communicate with families.
