2nd Family is hiring licensed Caregivers for quick start shift opportunities across multiple NJ counties. We offer on-boarding, training, and scheduling with above-average pay and tuition assistance for CHHA licensing.

Flexible schedules, shift differentials, PTO, and bonus programs accompany competitive pay. CNAs/PCAs pursuing CHHA licenses encouraged to apply; travel 10–30 miles to cases and weekend/evening/on-call shifts required.

Qualifications

• CHHA license in progress or CNA willing to obtain CHHA license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation with current insurance.
• Able to travel 10–30 miles to cases.
• MUST be able to work 2 weekend shifts (Sat, Sun) each month – may be split.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
