2nd Family is hiring licensed Caregivers in New Jersey with opportunities across multiple counties. We offer quick start onboarding, comprehensive orientation, and above-average pay with shift differentials and a strong bonus program.

As a caregiver, you will provide non-medical home care, companionship, and personal support while following detailed care plans. Licensing steps include CHHA or CNA with CHHA in progress, plus reliable transportation and flexible availability.

Qualifications

• CHHA license in progress or CNA willing to obtain CHHA license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation with current auto insurance.
• Willing to travel 10–30 miles to cases.
• Must work 2 weekend shifts per month, one evening shift, and one on-call shift.
• CPR certification, TB test, and MMR immunity current.

Responsabilités

• Provide non-medical home care, personal care, and companionship.
• Follow care plans and report to RN.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and daily routines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate changes to the care team.
