The ideal candidate has 15+ years in multifamily architecture, strong Revit/BIM, and a track record of delivering high-quality design within schedule and budget.

Qualifications

Licensed California architect with extensive multifamily experience.
15+ years of multifamily architecture experience.
Strong knowledge of California building codes.
Ability to mentor teams and manage multiple complex projects.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical execution of multifamily projects from Schematic Design through Construction Administration.
Coordinate project teams, consultants, and technical disciplines to deliver on time and within budget.
Present technical solutions and design concepts to clients as project leader.
Direct project documentation with accuracy and coordination.
Oversee QC of construction documents with minimal revisions.
Mentor architectural staff and foster collaboration and growth.
Build strong client relationships through effective communication and technical excellence.
