Qualifications

• Ability to become licensed as a Professional Engineer (PE) within 6 months.
• Knowledge of ArDOT/KDOT/MoDOT Bridge Projects, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multi-disciplined teams on projects.
• Manage projects from concept through construction.
• Make decisions on engineering problems and select appropriate solutions.

Skills

Working collaboratively with others

Ability to contribute and work well on a team

Proficiency with AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design

Familiarity with bridge analysis and design programs

Skilled in designing prestressed concrete and steel bridges

Proficient in MicroStation

Education

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or closely related field

Master’s degree or currently pursuing one
