About The Role

Job Summary: Agents in this fast-growing department engage in hybrid roles combining cross-selling and retention. Supporting all three divisions (Senior, Life, Auto & Home), agents contact new and existing policyholders via outbound calls to ensure satisfaction, explain benefits, and assist with enrollments, especially during peak times. Bilingual agents will serve Spanish-speaking clients.

• High earning potential: average first-year income $50k, top agents over $85k, with unlimited growth.
• Paid training to boost earning potential from the start.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Focus on post-sale calls to current policyholders, promoting work/life balance outside traditional sales roles.
• Make outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction and guide plan utilization.

Minimum Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
• Prolonged sitting and computer work.
• Hardwired internet with min. 20 Mbps download and upload speeds; upgrades may be required prior to start.
