Tom Birks Allstate in Pocono Summit, PA is seeking a Licensed Bilingual Customer Service Representative to assist clients in English and Spanish, explain coverages, and process policy changes while delivering outstanding service.

Strong candidates will hold an active Property & Casualty license, have prior agency experience, and be fluent in English and Spanish. Knowledge of agency management systems and a customer-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Previous insurance agency experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (required).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in English and Spanish by phone, email, and in person.
• Answer questions regarding policies, billing, claims, renewals, and coverage options.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and other account updates accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and recommend additional products when appropriate.
• Build long-term relationships by providing responsive, personalized customer service.
• Follow up with customers to ensure needs are met and strengthen client retention.
• Maintain accurate customer records using agency management systems.
• Work closely with the agency team to deliver a seamless customer experience and support agency goals.
• Stay current on insurance products, carrier guidelines, and agency procedures.
