Description

The Licensed Virtual Benefit Advisor's responsibilities include selling and enrolling retirees into appropriate insurance products, including but not limited to health, prescription drug, vision, and dental plans. They advise Pre-Medicare eligible recipients on their options through Medicare education, needs analysis, and assisting retirees in selecting suitable plans. Customer service is also a key component, provided within or outside of the sales process. BAs maintain high integrity, responsibility, discipline, teamwork, and produce quality work.

Note: PRE-SET APPOINTMENTS - NO COLD CALLING

Qualifications and Skills:

• Ability to consistently deliver a "WOW" customer experience
• Pass licensing exam (if applicable), AHIP, and carrier certifications annually
• Knowledge of Medicare health, prescription drug, vision, and dental enrollments
• Ability to identify prospects' needs using a needs analysis approach, answer questions, address concerns, and recommend plans
• Enroll retirees compliantly using scripted procedures
• Meet or exceed performance indicators
• Handle inbound service calls, providing accurate information to enroll customers
• Manage appointments and follow-ups with prospects
• Respond promptly to voicemails, chat requests, and resolve customer issues
• Maintain positive, ethical, and professional customer interactions
• Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with multiple screens is a plus
• Adapt quickly to new information and processes
• Explain complex details clearly to customers with varying knowledge levels
• Maintain active resident health (and life if required) insurance licenses, or renew prior to start date

Pay and Benefits:

The hourly pay is $21.00. Benefits may include:
