Job summary

BreakThru Services is seeking compassionate Behavior Therapists to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and community settings for children aged 2-21. You will implement individualized plans created by a LMHP and collect data to monitor progress, delivering clear updates to families and team members.

Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma, CPR/First Aid, and strong time-management skills. Flexible schedules, in-house training, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication abilities with families and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a LMHP.
• Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of plans.
• Provide regular written and verbal progress updates on treatment goals.
• Participate in team meetings and additional trainings.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including dress, timeliness, and communication.
