Job summary

Acclimate ABA is seeking a caring Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings. You will implement BCBA-created treatment plans, collect data, and write session notes while collaborating with supervisors and caregivers to promote skill development.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Commitment to compassionate and professional client support.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during sessions to track client progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes documenting outcomes and improvements.
• Collaborate with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
