Job summary

Qualifications

• > LCP or LSW required with primary-source verification through Illinois Department of Professional Regulations
• > Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or Social Work
• > 3 years experience in Child/Adolescent/Adult Behavioral Health; 3 years Advanced Clinical/Management; 2 years Supervisory
• > CADC certification a plus
• > Bilingual is a plus
• > IM+CANS certification required (or within 21 days)

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health services including counseling/therapy and referrals, clinical programming, and new in-services as needed
• CBCT will provide mental health assessments and short/long-term counseling for youths and adults with mental health challenges
• Pursue expansion of existing programs and development of new programs
• Collaborate with Public Health Initiatives Programs to reflect the mission
• Complete clinical reports and ensure reporting accuracy
• Develop professional relationships with human services and government agencies to enhance service delivery
• Interpret agency functions to the community through engagement with groups
• Seek growth opportunities for behavioral health and social services
• On-call 24 hours during assigned rotation (Mobile Crisis Intervention Team)
• Maintain licensure
• Work on/off-site with clients and via telehealth
• Develop staff by expanding goals and provide clinical training
• Participate in client meetings and provide clinical/absence management
• Develop reporting methods with Community Engagement and Administration Directors
• Create clinical training materials, onboarding, documentation protocols, and best practices
• Assess performance by monitoring job behaviors in office and communities
• Incorporate billing and coding processes with services rendered
• Maintain knowledge of Self Theory policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by Clinical Architectural Director and Senior Leadership
