Job summary

Everwell in Ridgeview is seeking licensed Therapists to provide individual, family, and group counseling services for patients receiving behavioral health and substance abuse treatment. Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in social work or a related mental health field.
• Current Ohio Social Work licensure is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a psychiatric setting preferred.
• Strong communication, crisis intervention, and treatment planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy services.
• Coordinate discharge planning and community referrals.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and treatment team members.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Support patients experiencing psychiatric crises and behavioral health challenges.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment goals and resources.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and hospital standards.
