CBT Counseling - Licensed Clinical Therapist

CBT Counseling, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist in Asheville, NC. Join our team to help improve healthcare for everyone as part of the Optum Behavioral Care team.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance abuse disorders.
2. Provide treatment using evidence-based approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy.
3. Track treatment response and monitor clinical symptoms and side effects.
4. Maintain accurate electronic medical records and ensure regulatory compliance.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
