Job summary

Cfg Health System Llc seeks a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional to provide mental health assessments, counseling, crisis intervention, case management, and related treatment services across healthcare, behavioral health, and correctional settings.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient wellness, behavioral stabilization, rehabilitation, and continuity of care while ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Current active state licensure required (LCSW, LPC, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Minimum of one year of behavioral health or clinical counseling experience preferred.
• Experience in correctional, psychiatric, crisis intervention, or healthcare settings preferred.
• Strong assessment, counseling, and crisis management skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, PREA, NCCHC, ACA, and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral health assessments, psychosocial evaluations, and risk assessments.
• Provide individual, group, and crisis counseling services to patients.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment and care plans.
• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation per organizational standards.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to clinical staff.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and care coordination.
• Provide crisis intervention, behavioral stabilization, and de-escalation support.
• Coordinate referrals, discharge planning, and continuity of care services.
• Educate patients on coping skills and community resources.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, PREA, NCCHC, ACA, and applicable regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, trainings, audits, and staff meetings.

Education
