**Responsibilities**

Provide behavioral health counseling services.

+ Conduct patient assessments and establish therapy treatment goals.

+ Administer individual and group therapy.

+ Maintain thorough and confidential records of observations.

+ Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions.

+ Provide patient with information regarding resources and therapeutic activities in the community.

+ Work directly with the patient, family, physician and community providers to ensure active and collaborate care from the initiation of treatment to the time of discharge.

**Requirements**

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

+ One or more of the following required:

+ Licensed Associate Counselor specializing in Mental Health credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

+ Licensed Associate Counselor specializing in Clinical Addiction credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

+ Licensed Social Worker credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

+ Licensed Associate Therapist specializing in Marriage & Family credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained within 48 Months (4 years) of hire date or job transfer date.

+ BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

+ Bachelor's degree in Social Work required.

**Additional Preferences**

Eligible candidates must have a master’s in Counseling, Social Work, or another related field and must have a FULL clinical license as a LMHC, LCAC, LMFT, or LCSW.

Hours vary depending on the program.
