Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed professional licenses required: LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist.
• 2 years of behavioral health experience recommended.
• Master’s degree in relevant fields required.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic assessments and determines initial treatment plan needs.
• Develops and implements treatment plans with patient collaboration.
• Provides behavioral health therapy to individuals, families or groups.
• Coordinates with crisis services and other teams for high-risk cases.
• Maintains documentation per organizational and regulatory standards.
• Liaisons with community agencies and care providers to coordinate goals.
