Job summary

Gateway CSB seeks a Clinician to perform behavioral health assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy across individuals, families, and groups. The role coordinates care with interdisciplinary teams and supports recovery-oriented treatment.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least two years of related behavioral health experience, with strong commitment to HIPAA and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
• Two (2) years of related behavioral health experience; OR Master’s degree and pursuing licensure in area of assignment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral health assessments and psychosocial evaluations.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy services.
• Coordinate treatment services and interdisciplinary care.
• Maintain documentation and regulatory compliance.
