Senior Licensed Behavioral Health Case Manager Compensation

• The pay for this position is $40-$43 per hour based on experience and credentials
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term insurance
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Senior Licensed Behavioral Health Case Manager Highlights

• The required availability for this position is Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
• Combination of remote work (50% remote) with 50% travel required throughout the Wichita KS area. Mileage and travel is reimbursed
• Candidates must live and be licensed as a RN, LPC, or LCSW in Kansas

Senior Licensed Behavioral Health Case Manager Responsibilities

• Develops, assesses, and facilitates complex care management activities for primarily mental and behavioral health needs members to provide high quality, cost-effective healthcare outcomes including personalized care plans and education for members and their families related to mental health and substance use disorders

• Working with adult and foster care populations.

• This is a remote position with up to 50% travel meeting with members in their home and providers within Sedgwick and surrounding counties

• High level of team interaction via email and chats

Senior Licensed Behavioral Health Case Manager Requirements

• Master Social Worker or RN (Requires a Master's degree in Behavioral Health or Social Work or a Degree from an Accredited School of Nursing and 2 – 4 years of related experience.)
• Experience in BH, trauma informed care, experience with working with individuals w/ mental illness
• Software skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, Teams)
