Job summary
NeurAbilities Healthcare is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in Harrisburg, PA. The successful candidate will conduct behavioral assessments, develop and implement intervention plans, and supervise staff. Candidates must have a Master's degree and experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Qualifications
Master’s degree in a relevant field required.
Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles.
Ability to train and support clinical staff.
Responsibilities
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop intervention plans.
Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans and ABA programs.
Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians and staff.
Provide consultation and clinical support to parents and professionals.
Teaching functional communication and social skills
