Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a licensed Beauty Sales Consultant to deliver exceptional customer experiences in-store. You will guide customers through beauty services and product recommendations, upsell effectively, and maintain an engaging, well-kept beauty zone.

The role requires current cosmetology/esthetician licensing, ability to perform ear-piercing services, and flexibility to work a full-time retail schedule, including peak hours and weekends. Bilingual skills may be required for some stores.

Qualifications

• Must have a current and valid Cosmetology/Esthetician license in the state of employment.
• Must pass required skills assessments and training to perform paid services.
• Ability to use sales data with product knowledge to meet sales and beauty service goals.
• Comfortable with upselling and providing personalized service in a fast-paced environment.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish in some stores may be required.
• Flexible retail schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class beauty advisor experience and personalized service.
• Explain product features and benefits to drive purchase conversion.
• Represent CVS and partner brands while performing beauty services.
• Display and maintain clean, well-stocked beauty areas and displays.
• Educate customers by demonstrating proper product usage and techniques.
• Perform ear-piercing and other beauty services where licensed.
