The role requires an active state license and 1–3 years in a similar environment. Expect part-time scheduling with 15–29 hours weekly, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where services are performed.
• 1–3 years' experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Drive results by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
• Perform makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu; stay informed about trends and product knowledge.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards.
