Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where the services are performed.
• 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in retail/hospitality/service.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal‑oriented environment.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
• Perform makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu."Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate clients."
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards.
