Job summary

Must hold active state license for waxing/makeup/false lash; 1–3 years in retail or service; part-time schedule with evening/weekend availability; compensation includes healthcare benefits.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false eyelash services in the state where performed.
• 1–3 years' experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by providing beauty services, rebooking clients, and selling products.
• Perform makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork.
• Uphold Sephora standards and ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience.
