Job summary

Sephora in Strongsville, OH is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor to impact clients daily. You’ll guide guests in the Beauty Studio, perform services, and inspire with product knowledge.

You must hold an active license for waxing, makeup, and false eyelashes, have 1–3 years in a similar setting, and be a team player who thrives on service excellence. The role requires flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false eyelash application services.
• 1–3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail/service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends and techniques.
• Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive store results by achieving goals and rebooking beauty services.
• Provide makeup, waxing, and other services from Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene health and safety standards.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork and promote a culture of openness.
• Follow company policies to create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all.
• Be flexible with scheduling and maintain reliable attendance.
