Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false lash application services in the performing state.
• 1–3 years' experience in a similar role or in retail/hospitality/service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by achieving store goals and rebooking services.
• Provide makeup, waxing, and other beauty services; stay informed about trends and product knowledge.
• Maintain licensure and uphold health and safety standards.
