Sephora Baltimore Harbor East seeks a Licensed Beauty Advisor to guide clients on their beauty journey at the Beauty Studio and beyond. You’ll educate and inspire while delivering services and product recommendations with care.

You must hold an active state license and have 1–3 years of experience in retail or service roles. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow within a collaborative team that values inclusion and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Active state license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services.
• 1–3 years' experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Drive results by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
• Perform makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu; stay informed about trends and product knowledge.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards; ensure health and safety protocols.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork; promote a culture of openness.
• Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and creating a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
