Job summary

Sephora in Stockton, CA is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor to guide clients on their beauty journey at the Beauty Studio and beyond. You’ll be a beauty expert who educates, inspires, and connects with customers, delivering services and product recommendations with care.

As part of a diverse, supportive team, you’ll stay current on beauty trends and ensure professional licensure and hygiene standards. This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to Belong to Something Beautiful.

Qualifications

Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state.
1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Drive results by providing beauty services, rebooking clients, and selling products.
Perform makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards.
Foster inclusiveness and teamwork.
Uphold Sephora standards for safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping.
