Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false lash services in-state.
• 1–3 years in beauty, retail, hospitality, or service environments.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, trends, and techniques.
• Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide makeup, waxing, and other services from Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
• Educate clients on beauty trends and product knowledge.
• Drive results by achieving store goals and rebooking services.
• Maintain licenses and uphold hygiene standards.
