Responsibilities

• Drive results by providing beauty services, servicing clients, and rebooking and selling products.
• Perform beauty services including makeup, waxing, and other Sephora Beauty Services.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards; keep licenses active and health/safety protocols.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork and promote openness.
• Uphold Sephora standards by following policies and ensuring a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
• Flexible scheduling and reliability; meet minimum weekly shifts/hours.
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays).
