Job summary

Sephora in Dublin, CA is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor to guide clients at the Beauty Studio and beyond, delivering makeup, waxing, and other services. You’ll apply product knowledge, teach trends, and build lasting relationships while supporting a diverse, inclusive team.

This part-time role requires an active state license for waxing, makeup, and lashes, plus 1-3 years in retail or service settings. Must be available for evenings, weekends, and peak times, with a strong focus on customer

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where the services are being performed
• 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Drive results by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products
• Perform beauty services: makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork; promote a culture of openness
• Uphold Sephora standards; follow company policies to create a safe shopping experience
