Sephora in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor to guide clients at the Beauty Studio, perform services such as makeup and waxing, and help customers on their beauty journey.

The role requires an active license to provide waxing, makeup, and related services in the state, 1–3 years of experience in beauty or retail, and strong product knowledge. You will join a diverse, collaborative team and provide exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where the services are performed.
• 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
• Provide makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora's Beauty Services menu; stay informed on trends and product knowledge to educate clients.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards; keep licenses active and health/safety protocols.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork; promote a culture of openness.
• Uphold Sephora standards; follow company policies and ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
